Students are able to understand the various functions of language and emphasis, to understand the variety of languages and various barrel of Indonesian both oral and written, writing skill with correct spelling and punctuation, able to express their opinions in the form of sentences and paragraphs into Bahasa. Month 1 - 4
Indonesian Tourism and Culture
(Pariwisata dan Budaya Indonesia)
Students are able to understand and explain tourism in Indonesia as well as Indonesian Culture. Students can practice the traditional culture of Indonesia in the form of typical traditional music, and traditional tarani from several regions in Indonesia. Month 9 - 12
Indonesian Food
(Masakan Indonesia)
Students are able to explain and practice the preparation of cooking up to the presentation of Indonesian cooking including the theory and practice such us the History of Indonesian Food, Indonesian Cooking utensil, many kind of Ingredient, Indonesian Basic Sauce and Soup. Students can practice how to make  Appetizers, basic cooking, cooking methods, understanding  about hygienity, sanitation, food safety, make a “Tumpeng” as symbol of Indonesian cuisine. Month 5 - 8
Indonesian Pattiseri
(Kue Indonesia)
Students are able to explain and practice about preparation, the process of making up to the presentation of Indonesian Cake including the theory and practice such us History of Indonesian Cookies, ingredients of making traditional cake, utensil, and presentation. Students also understand about hygiene, sanitation, and food safety. Month 1 - 4
Cross Culture Understanding
(Lintas Budaya)
Students understand and can practice the essential interaction relationships between cultures as well as factors in the interaction process in different cultures. Productive interaction especially in the era of globalization to explain the principles of cross-cultural interaction, cultural understanding, universalism and cultural particulation, understanding of cultural prejudice and stereotypes, forms of communication in different cultures. Month 9 - 12
